Swifty is a CS2 skin trading platform that allows users to connect their Steam accounts, view their inventory, and sell their tradable items for real money through various payment methods.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You must have a valid Steam account with tradable CS2 items
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate Trade Offer URLs for transactions
  • You agree not to use the service for any fraudulent activities

4. Transactions and Payments

All transactions are final. Once a trade is completed, we cannot reverse the transaction. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All CS2 items remain the property of Valve Corporation. Swifty provides a marketplace service and does not claim ownership of any virtual items. Our platform, design, and proprietary technology are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Swifty is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from Steam API downtime, trade offer problems, or payment processing issues. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
